Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holidays or special launches, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $6.95. Free Shipping: Orders $85+.

Same day pickup available in Cincinnati Monday - Friday at no additional charge for orders. Orders must be over $40 and placed by 2:00pm. Orders will be ready by 6:00pm that evening for pickup in Mt. Lookout.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
