I'm Brittany. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my undergrad, and have been in love with the city ever since. I'm the kind of person whose superpower is building community. I love using my voice to create change, and connecting the laundry list of incredible women in our city for good. Moving around a lot as a kid taught me from an early age the importance of knowing who we are, and believing in ourselves, despite what the world has to say about it.
My background spans HR, nonprofit programming, education, and a lifetime of watching what happens when women and girls don't have access to the resources and spaces they need. It's so important we all find our village, and I know what it costs when you can't.
Girlhood Collective is what happens when someone who has spent her whole life trying to fit inside a system not built for her decides to stop bending, and figure out a new place to land. I've nearly mastered the art of "finding your people", and I hope to share that with you. Girlhood is leadership, service, community, intergenerational, creative, fun, and most importantly, for all.
